Kate Shattuck is a powerhouse leader and Managing Partner at Korn Ferry, the world’s top talent and organizational consulting firm. She specializes in shaping dynamic leadership teams at the C-Suite and board levels. Known for her expert communication and energetic ability to inspire, Kate is a master at blending profit with purpose. A graduate of West Point, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School, she is deeply committed to service and to championing emerging leaders, underdogs, and caregivers. Kate is a Managing Partner at Korn Ferry, the world’s premier talent and organizational consulting firm. Her responsibilities encompass management, revenue growth, and strategic counsel to companies, as well as leading industry shaping public private partnerships. Widely recognized for her expertise in communication and her ability to inspire and motivate, Kate is a trusted advisor to both corporate executives and organizational teams. She brings deep expertise in advising organizations that intentionally align mission, values, and purpose with financial performance. As an executive search leader, she is a core member of Korn Ferry’s Global Board & CEO Practice and Financial Market Practice; her experience includes Asset Management, Consumer & Commercial Banking, and Family Offices. Kate brings extensive experience across sectors. Before joining Korn Ferry, she held senior executive roles in the financial services industry. Ms. Shattuck is a U.S. Army veteran, with platoon leader, aide-de-camp and company command service in Kuwait, Bosnia and South Korea. She served in the esteemed 1st Cavalry Division in Texas. In addition to serving on public and nonprofit boards, she plays an active role in her community. Kate serves as a Board Director for Citizen & Northern Bank (NASDAQ: CZNC). She is a volunteer Board Director of the Robert Packer Hospital, Avalon Action Alliance and Investment Committee Member for the Felician Sisters of North America. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. She earned a bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Kate lives with her husband and family in Pennsylvania. She enjoys landscape gardening, especially hydrangeas, swimming when she can, and diving head-first into the podcast of her kid’s choice.
